- Should I paint the inside or outside of my house first?
- If both need doing, exteriors usually take priority, because that is where failing paint lets water into the building. If the outside is still sound, interiors are the better place to spend first.
- How often does a Melbourne house need repainting?
- It depends far more on exposure and previous preparation than on a fixed number of years. North and west walls, exposed timber and coastal properties weather fastest; sheltered interiors go much longer. Flaking, chalky or faded surfaces are the real signal.
- What affects the price of a house painting job?
- Mainly the amount of preparation, the number of surfaces and access. A sound wall needing two coats is straightforward; the same wall with flaking paint, repairs and second-storey access is not. That is why we measure on site rather than pricing by phone.
- Do you supply the paint and handle colour selection?

- Do you paint apartments and townhouses as well as houses?
- Yes. Apartments, townhouses and units are all residential work — the main difference is access, parking and building rules, which we sort out before the first day rather than on it.
